Mental battle…

Prioritize and celebrate the little things. Making sure that you are doing the little "baby steps" correct will eventually lead to the bigger movements and full recovery. More than anything, recovery is a mental battle and celebrating the little accomplishments will create a positive mindset and help you improve farther and farther.

Worth the wait…

Be patient and consistent with your rehab. Don’t rush it! ACL recovery takes time and pushing too hard too soon can set you back. Stay disciplined with physical therapy, listen to your body, and let the healing process run its course. Long term knee stability and function are worth the wait!!!

The first 3 days are the worst. The first month you feel alone and forgotten about. But once you get through that, it pushes you to get better and build. There will always be bad days but it gets better.
